You must contact Gopher One Locating service to locate utilities at least a week in advance of your rental date (800) 252-1166.  We will not be able to stake the unit if the utilities are not marked so your unit may not be able to be set up.  If you have a sprinkler system please have the company that installed it come out and mark its location in your lawn a few days prior to your rental date. Deposit: A $50 (fifty dollar) deposit is required in cash or credit card.  This deposit is non-refundable and is only refundable if House of Bounce Inflatables & Game Rentals LLC determines the Rental Equipment cannot be delivered/set up due to inclement weather/wind speed.  Deposit will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid. Cancellation Policy: Customer’s making a required deposit are not able to get a refund once the reservation is made and the deposit is paid, other than if the unit cannot be set up due to inclement weather conditions as determined by the House of Bounce Inflatables & Game Rentals LLC.  House of Bounce Inflatables & Game Rentals LLC will keep the deposit but customer may apply it to a future rental. Weather: House of Bounce Inflatables & Game Rentals LLC cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. Some examples of severe weather are high winds, rain, snow, and lightening. In the event of severe weather during a rental, customer agrees that he /she/they will remove all persons from the inflatable, unplug it, allow it to deflate, and not use the inflatable until House of Bounce Inflatables & Game Rentals LLC has determined weather conditions allow the rental to be used again.
